930 Rear Caliper Modification - To Fit  911's and 914's

This is a modification that adapts rear 930 Turbo calipers to fit the standard 911/Carrera trailing (banana)
arms or 914-6 arms.  The 930 calipers are very light, strong, and massive making them an ideal choice for
upgrading the brake system with easy of installation.  Allows for the use of wider 930 rotors.  Service
requires a pair of 930 rear calipers for us to perform this modification.  

Note:  930 front calipers fit 911 3.5" struts already so this modification is not needed for the front of a
standard 911.

Porsche/Brembo/Ate Caliper Rebuilding Services

We can rebuild or restore any Porsche, Brembo, or Ate caliper.  Professionally done using genuine factory
seals.  Included in service is:  soda blasting, CAD plating, and powder coating is available for an extra cost.

This is a special 23mm M.C. for non-boosted applications (pre 1977).  Comes with correct length push rod.

This complete kit adapts Brembo/Porsche 4 piston standard Boxter (non S) calipers to 911 front struts (69-89)
with 3.5" bolt spacing.  The kit includes DOT approved stainless steel braided brake lines and proper banjo bolts,
adaptors, and all hardware required.  Kit requires Porsche Boxter calipers and "Carrera" (1984-1989) rotors.

Custom Machine Work

We also do custom machine work for many of our customers.  These for example are a pair of 935 calipers we
machined to fit the rear SC or Carrera trailing arms by changing the offset and bolt spacing.  We can also

Rebel S Racing (RSR Products) Boxter Front Caliper Kit with Boxter Calipers

Includes all the components of our Boxter front caliper adaptor kit (listed above) but comes with a pair of new
OEM Brembo / Porsche Boxter front calipers.  This is an affordable lightweight front brake upgrade that
provides a significant amount of stopping power over the stock Ate configuration.  Very popular among spec
911, PCA, and POC racing classes.
Rebel S Racing (RSR) Products Boxter to 911 Rear Caliper Adaptor Kit (RSRBBAKR)

This complete kit adapts Brembo/Porsche 4 piston Boxter rear calipers to stock 911 rear trailing (banana) arms
(69-89) with 3.0" bolt spacing.  Can be used with aluminum or steel trailing arms.  Designed to work with 20mm
wide rear rotors (69-83) but can be modified to work with 24mm wide "Carrera" rotors (84-89).  When installing
this kit onto aluminum arms the small upper backing plate tab must be cut off each arm for clearance.

965 Rear Caliper Modification - To fit 911 rear trailing arms

Best when combined with our Turbo "Big Red" or 928 "Big Black" front brake conversion.  Machine work is
professionally done to maximize strength and ease of installation.  Allows the use of larger 930 rotors.  
Requires 965 rear calipers as cores for this service.

Brembo Aluminum Calipers w/ 3.0" Bolt Spacing

These are the very rare Brembo aluminum calipers with 3.0 inch bolt spacing and 48mm pistons.  Essentially
these are an "S" caliper with the smaller 3.0 inch bolt spacing.  Direct bolt on for 356 front (w/ disc brakes), 65-77
911 front/rear, 78-89 911 rear w/ 20mm wide rotors, and 914 front/rear.  Completely refurbished with new pistons,
seals, and bleeders.  Sold in pairs (right and left side), pad springs and pins included.  Weight is 4 lbs. each.  
Please specify for solid or vented rotors when ordering.  Extremely popular for rear spec 911 racing applications
when used with Boxter front conversions listed above.  Rotor discs are available as an option.  All 356, 911/912
(65-68) rotors are solid.  911 (69-89) rotors are vented, cross drilled, and have directional spiraled vanes (left

For:  narrow body 911's using 930 front calipers, or OE replacement for 930 (78-79)

These front brake rotors are designed to be used with narrow body 911's or 930's from 1978-1979.  Custom
machined aluminum rotor hats and steel vented/slotted rotors are mated together with aircraft grade hardware
to provide a bolt on solution to those using 930 turbo calipers with standard 911 front hubs.  Slotted rotors will
not crack like their cross drilled counterparts and provide superior gas ventilation to the brake pads.

These same rotor hats are included with our Rebel 930 Front Rotors.  Fully precision CNC machined with 8
outer holes on a 7 inch diameter, inner sides are machined with an indexing lip to ensure that the rotors are
perfectly centered without and radial run out.  Anodized our signature gray color for corrosion protection and
toughness.  Designed to be used with 78-89 930 front calipers and standard narrow body 69-89 front hubs.  
These rotor hats are also compatible with some Wilwood rotors and we recommend using the Wilwood
hardware package if doing so.

The kit includes DOT approved stainless steel braided brake lines, proper banjo bolts, adaptors, and all
hardware required.  Kit requires Porsche Boxter calipers and standard Boxter (1997-2004) rear rotors.

Our DOT certified brake lines are made of the finest PTFE hose and permanently crimped-on zinc plated steel
fittings. Our hose is made with an extruded PTFE core and a stainless steel wire braided cover. They reduce
volumetric expansion giving you the reliability and safety you demand.  Overtime and under continuous use,
OEM rubber lines can swell and expand, exposing the driver to brake fade. The rubber cover is also vulnerable
to attacks from the ozone layer rubber which causes it to deteriorate. In extreme applications (Auto X, racing,
hard driving) rubber hoses might be susceptible to flying debris. Stainless steel lines will give protection from
theses issues.  Our lines all feature a clear PVC outer cover.
